      I have three or so of these motors, but only one with the cowlings,
      and with any luck I’ll have one running some day!
      Not sure of the year of this one.

        Looks like the 360 degree steering first appeared on late-1947-1948 models.

          Frank: The “odd one” is mine…. I posted a message with that photo, but could never find the message on the site!!!

          It’s a 1G4 (3hp): missing the port side cowling (someone replumbed it with a new cutoff valve that wouldn’t work with the cowling)

              Water pump impeller(rotor) for a model 1G4 is part number 550040. Club member Brian Wilcox makes them.
