      This motor is for sale near me. Any idea what it is? Close up picture in ad shows that it has an Eismann ignition.

          The gearbox also implies its a Neptune.

                It looks like Neptune 15B2 2 hp. I have one I can’t get running. I have spark and fuel and all it will do is pop. Buy taking carb off and squirt some 90W oil on piston skirt, I can get it to run about 5 seconds. I spits fuel out of carb.
