      inside diameter on the prop bolthole is 1/2″

      outer diameter prop is 5.5″

        Steve, I plan to list it when I figure out the part number. but I have no way to know if it’s good.. maybe I should just micrometer the journals?

          If there are no rust pits, it’s good. Looks like it may be shot where the top seal goes? Other than that, I wish I owned it! As for the prop, I didn’t catch that it was right hand until later. OMCs are left hand. Oops.

            Looks like frankR has the prop pretty well locked down to being a 7.5hp McCulloch prop.. i would NEVER have known that. Now that i know the basic info i see others online for sale…

            I’ll get some better pics of the top journal crankshaft tomorrow

                  Whoa, 28-33-40 hp. 1962-70 at least. It does have the breaker cam profile ground on the shaft, above the top main, right?

                        Ok ill start looking for a part number on the crankshaft. 62-up bigtwin?

                        As far as the propeller:
                        I have it sandblasted but the rubber drive bushing was shot (and i removed the remnants). Not sure if people press new ones in??
