      US Member - 1 Year (includes $3 online payment fee)

      I paid for membership but was never sent an email to allow for full access to site. I keep getting this.

      Your US Member – 1 Year membership will be activated as soon as you confirm your email address. Important! You must click on the confirmation URL sent to philip.greene12@gmail.com before you gain full access to your membership.
