      I have managed to get this motor out of the corner, and got it to run.

      my question is I can not read the starting instructions on my decal.  Got a fuel supply issue solved, and it now runs for quite a a while.  However, I can not seem to master the carb controls to get it started reliable.  Idle and high speed needle settings , choke lever, etc.

      can anyone help with either the instructions that would have been printed on the side or a tutorial?
