johnson model MJWF22C

I picked up a Johnson model MJWF22C with the case and was wondering how to change the spark plug it looks like I have to take the whole thing apart to get to it.is there an easy way to change it? Thank for your time

Just remove those 4 flat head screws below the white band, under the tank….that will let you take off the lower cowl… Nice motor

maybe… M means military ??? grade ??? somebody knows !   the above link for a JW22 had a FOLDING model listed

looks pretty much like the folding JW    pull the flywheel  check coils for major cracks, clean contacts  change condensers  and gear oil

2-3 drop of oil of the felt pad rubbing the  crankshaft !    Check fuel filter inside fuel tank and  check closely in the fuel cap for  holes for proper venting..

carb likely needs a clean-up to

should last another 50 years  GREAT kickers  for trolling  and NOT ROWING 🙂
