      Found it.. google search and it links to the aomci thread dated June 25 2019.

      These marks are not clear on mine….as was mentioned before the flywheel And mag looks to be from different motor. No clear groove or notch on rim of fly wheel…there looks like “l II “ on bottom rim of flywheel. The mag has a “s” just beside the handle. This s falls between the above “I II” when points just start to open but can’t tell if these marks are from factory or simple dings on flywheel. Other similar marks elsewhere.

      I did notice I think that there is a stronger spark when mag handle rotated to starboard. Does that make sense? Or am I going crazy?

            I believe this magneto is from a 1924 – A or B
            It may be helpful in locating the timing marks
            on yours.

              Thank you Tubs, that was what I needed, found the mark on fly wheel and it lines up almost perfect with the “s” just as the points open. Thanks you.

              Now I’ll work on the pipes for the cooling lines, clean inside of gas tank ( a lot of yellowish fine dust inside?) and then try to fire it up.
