Johnson TD 15 Piston Ring

Hi All,
I am working on a TD15 that I was planning on using as a parts motor but may change directions and see if I can make it run again. The motor showed 50 psi compression. After disassembling the power head the pistons and cylinder walls look good, the rings on both pistons were free. So I thought I would run a ball hone thru the cylinders and put in some new rings, does anyone know the part number for the rings for the motor. This is a low budget build for sure.

TD and TN motors have a 1 15/16″ bore and use the same rings as the later 5.5 and 6 horse motors thru ’79 do. P/N 378432 for a two pack, if you can find them.

Mumbles,
I have been looking for rings and you are correct they are hard to find, seems they come in a pair , so I would need three of them, Marine Engine wants $75 for a pair, I am not doing that. Since this is a parts motor I may just hone the cylinders and try the old rings, do you know what the end gap should be on the TD15 rings?

0.005 to 0.010 would be ideal.
