      store the red book on your PC as a PDF file and…if you prefer copy it on a USB key and have a local print shop print it out and put a spring binder for easy. .flat reading .

      top and bottom with a plastic sheet to protect your new book 🙂

        I dug out my bore scope to check the cylinders. Sand on the cylinder head wasn’t a good first sign. I don’t know, but this one may have went for a swim.
        Here’s a couple pictures with the scope. Top picture is lower cylinder, 2nd picture is top cylinder, looks a little crusty in there. Going to start soaking with wd-40.
        Any input would be appreciated.

          My personal thoughts would be that there’s plenty of TN’s “out there”, and you might be better off
          using yours for parts for one that’s not froze up. Life is too short to fight with a frozen TN.
          A rare outboard is another mater.
          That said, it’s good experience / practice working on frozen ones, and sometimes a guy
          can salvage them if not froze too bad.

          Prepare to be boarded!
