Mikesea, here are a couple pictures of my KD15. I understand that the "D" means deluxe model, comes with a rewind, "S" is for standard model. I finished it this summer and have not tried to start it yet. Might be next summer before I hear it growl! Mine was packed with carbon in the down leg. Hope my using synthetic oil helps stop that carbon build up.

Labradorguy, great looking KD, I have a later green one for future resto. Where did you get your decal, I couldn’t find one for the early KD/KS like ours so I made my own.
