I’ve got an antique “Outboard Motors” boat Motor all original and not sure if it has really even been used. No gas tank cover.
The pictures I have a too large to post here, looking to try and get some information about.

      Anything would be appreciated!
I can email the pictures I have.

There should be a model # tag on the side of the bracket that mounts to the boat. Post the number if you can find it and it will allow members to identify all of the specifics.

A little information is a dangerous thing!

          Photos of the poster’s motor……

          1-1

          3-2

          4-1

          2-1

          Prepare to be boarded!

Update; (Thanks Tom for the clarification)
4000 Single 2.2hp. Be careful not to damage the carburetor or the gas tank. They are hard to find replacements. Where are you located?.

Thank you for the information! And there is this number 101184 that I saw stamped on it. If you can zoom in on the full length picture you can see the stamping.
              I appreciate your information.

In an 8 digit code, the first four digits are the model number. I believe this is a 1934 2.2 hp model 4000.

Well that makes sense!…any idea what could be done with this?… I would like to see someone have it that would use it, display it something.

That’s every one so far for all the information…
