Any 80W-90 rated for marine use will replace the Hi-Vis just fine. Marine gear oils have special additives in them to protect against water intrusion and contain anti foaming agents as well. Automotive gear oils will work in a pinch but they don’t have the extra protection marine gear oils supply.
