Crankshaft snapped in the Son-in-law’s motor last summer. Need it for our Memorial Day weekend trip. This motor often needs a carburetor adjustment on the slow side, from when its cold compared to when its warmed up, so I modified the mixture screw.  Video link- https://youtu.be/bSALC6dvlSM   

A "Boathouse Repair" is one thats done without having tools or the skills to do it properly.

Good mod on the needle.  I find the Tillotsons to be very finicky even on a good day.
