Hey anyone familiar with titling an old 56 aluminum boat in Texas that has gone through several owners without a title? Surely theres a way!

I can show you how to get a title for your boat. TPW is a pain on thi issue. Do you have a HIN. I have done many jon boats and none of them had titles. same for motors. PM me.

If it is like most government entities, you just keep bugging them in an official manner until they give in and do what they should have done the first time you contacted them.

Good luck! It won’t happen without the title in Texas! Those days are long gone. You will be better off to get out of it while you can.
They are strict to policy on titles anymore. I went thru same thing where I got hung with a promised title that owner never found. TPWD doesn’t mess around with policy on boats just like a car as far as they are concerned.
