Just finished an OMC coil conversion on my previously Phelon KE-4. I have known good plug wires, coils are brand new, and condensers that were working last week, and I’ve got no spark all around. I had weak spark on the top for a while, then nothing. At a confused loss here, any help would be great!

        Photos might help someone diagnose.
Multimeter to check to be sure that nothing
        is grounded that shouldn’t be.

I have done several of these coils substations and have experienced this more than once. What I think may cause this is the flow electrons in the laminates is being changed. They need to get back in alignment. North & South. Similar to polarizing the generator that cars had before they went to alternators. Its faster if you can use a drill but you can get it done just pulling it over. Take the plugs out so its easy to pull over and ground the plug wires to the motor.  You may have spark by now from pulling it over if you have continued  testing for spark.

A "Boathouse Repair" is one thats done without having tools or the skills to do it properly.
