Had a guy call me and asked me about the motor in the title and since I collect antique lures I’m not much help. But I told him I would see what I could find out. Not sure what year it is but I will try to post pictures. Appropriate year and value would help. Thank you in advance.

It is a 1949 according to the tag. But that doesn’t match the tank/decal. Monty Wards were Sea Kings. Hiawathas were sold by Gamble Skogmo Stores.

So any idea how this happened? Since Wards marketed Hiawatha into the early 40s is it possible they sold a few on through the late 40s? Thank you for your help.

Somebody has been mixing and matching parts, A 94GG 9014A definitely is a 1949 Wards sea King
