      You might ask Stephen Andres. He’s a member that bought Doug Penn’s
      remaining Neptune stock.
      He doesn’t frequent the boards but he has posted ad’s for Neptune’s.

        After much research and emails, the replacement seal is Mercury Quicksilver #26-24590. Found mine on eBay.
