          Yes, water discharging there is normal.   From the stream of water that is discharging, your water pump is doing a good job.

            Thank you for the quick response, this motor has been dormant for 11 years, I just wanted to make sure that the water pump was good.

            I made a good call. The old water pump has taken a set from lack of use.

            And thank you Tubs for finding my picture, I still haven’t figured out how to use a smart phone.
