          I don’t think I could carry it into my basement, either. Just for the record, in the foreground is a Kiekhaefer-built, Thor-based Sea King…..basically the very first “Mercury,” next to the new Mercury 600 V12. You can’t see all of them, but there are four 600s on that transom.

            well I guess at  $5 a gallon and going up  the small one is the better option to leave the dock .

            2400hp   2.5gal/50hp/Hr      120 G/h at 5$… $600/h …at least it can pull  lots of skiers

              United States has the highest concentrations of Billionaires on the planet.  Much cheaper to buy and operate than a twin engine executive jet. If you have the means to spend a little to enjoy life, go for it. Putting  money into circulation creates pay checks. As Mae West said, “Goodness has nothing to do with it!”

                agree… like Churchil said ….communism was the equal distribution of povrety whereas  capitalism is the unequal distribution of whealt … 🙂
