I’ve ordered lots of parts from them and always got a good quality used part at a good price, no junk or broken parts. Not sure why your shipment is taking so long, maybe between Covid-19 delays and shipping to Canada? Their Pennsylvania location is technically closed now, so if your part was coming out of that location it could take a little longer.

I just shipped a part to Canada few weeks back, guy keep emailing me where is it?
I shipped same day he ordered, he got it but very slow getting there.

Ummm… I think the owners are snowbirds. They operate in PA in the spring/summer and head south in the fall. If you order at “migration’ time, you may experience delays.
