      Requesting feedback on what has worked well for removing burnt carbon from exhaust manifolds & pistons, etc.

        I think some people use oven cleaner.
        After it soaks a while, the carbon should
        come off easy with mechanical means.

          Oven Cleaner… but caution as it will attack aluminum if left on too long.. will also attack you, use appropriate protective measures

            Try these. OMC BuRP carbon guard. Yamaha ring free. Chevron techroline. All the same basic product. Made by Chevron.
