Remote Spark Advance

Has anyone figured out a good way to run a second lever up to the cockpit to run your spark/magneto advance on the Johnson PO or V- Series outboards? I have a PO-15 that I am trying to figure out for my boat. I know how I can make an adapter to let me run the remote timing, just need a solution for the cockpit side.

Any help would be great.
