      Got my Evinrude 7518 (1955 7.5hp Aquasonic) reassembled and running great but can’t get its “clam shell” shroud to align and close properly.  Cleaned all the alignment pins & sockets and it aligns fine off the motor.  Any advice will be greatly appreciated!  TIA

        Perhaps one side isn’t fitting into the rubber bumpers properly?
