I have a 1968 Starcraft with a soft floor. Can anyone tell me if this is repairable? If. So how do I go about it

Once opened up I realized all the wood stringers are totally rotted

      Thanks Nick

Wood stringers? Is this a glass or tin boat?

Many fiberglass boats used wood to form the glass bracing. It works well if totally sealed. Problems happen when the seal is broken and moisture gets in. can happen from hitting something or improper storage warping the structure.

Hull seems to be in good shape. How do I go about repairing this

It’s going to take a lot of money and time.First you have to get all of the wood out.Take pictures as you go.Make sure you brace the hull so you don’t lose the shape when all the support is out.Assuming transom is ok,get interior absolutely clean.Next you make a pattern for each stringer and cross piece.Get as near perfect fit against the hull as you can. When the pattern satisfies you make the real stringer.Repeat.When all the wood pieces are ready,Mix some thick epoxy to bed them. When that has cured glass them all in place. To be brutally honest it’s cheaper and easier to buy another boat or build a new one.
