The oscillation frequency is different

The oscillation frequency of UC3843B pin 4 (RT/CT pin) and the PWM output frequency of pin 6 are different. What is the reason?
Pin 6 is that the duty cycle of the output is affected by the feedback voltage, so is the frequency also affected?
