      Nope.
      I mean I wouldn’t bet my life on it but I really can’t see any hole in the throat, or in the vane thing running down the throat. I swear. I’ve looked. A lot. With a light and my up close glasses on.
      My carb, tillotson a4b, looks exactly like your picture.
      And another thing, there was a plug/lead shot on top. Obviously for matching, to drill out a passage. That passage goes down to the pump. There was a brass part in the hole, like a plug that had been drilled out.
      Should there be something other than a plug there?
      Ahhhh.
      Where can I get a schematic of this carb?
      Should I just buy the parts book?

        In the photo, taken from above, you can see the “plug” hole I’m talking about.
        Even how it looks like it’s been pried or chiseled on.
        And now thinking about it, the cap would cover that hole so it couldn’t be anything but just a drill hole for a passage.
