I am trying to locate a source for the brass washers and leather seals for the primer pump in the carb
for a Johnson TN 28. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Marine Engine has the concave upper brass washer 132159, and the leather primer washers 170912, but not the lower convex brass washer.

The MarineEngine.com source for the leather seals is no longer available.

When I made this post, Marine Engine had these leather primer washers in stock, but they must be out of them now.

As cajuncook posted, there is another source. http://www.effenaco.com/store3/viewitem … oductid=28

I have not used these washers, but they come from a reputable source.
