      Looking to find a value and sell a 1940 Johnson Seahorse 22HP – PO 10, serial# 840400 on original stand.

        I’m not expert on stands, nor P.O.’s. but the stand looks “home made” to me. Nice decals on the motor though.
        Assuming the motor is not froze, $100 to $200 could be hoped for.
        I paid $40 for mine, but was missing the carb. Prices in different “locations” vary plenty.

          I agree with Buccaneer, the PO is a great motor $100-$200 if not stuck,problem is they were so dependable that there’s a lot still around,, I had 7 at one point 🤭

              The PO15 is worth more in fun than money. Get it running and put it on a boat. I bet you’ll reconsider selling it.

                Like the others have said, not a real valuable motor. They are quite plentiful. They are also a blast to run! Everyone who loves outboards should do it at least once!

                Location will have some bearing on value, so maybe you can tell us where you are.
