      I see my recoil paws as attached by IMG_4237-1

      a thin wire.  Is there a specific procedure and material to use to be most successful on a repair of this part of my motor.?  I have 74MG9021 Model.  Serial #117340.  Not sure HP of this motor.  It also has a variable propellor hub that I have not seen on the internet so far.  Looking for any help on these issues.IMG_4237-1
