      If you pull the Mercury grips off of the bracket you will see that it is a middle to late 30’s OMC tiller handle. I have a picture of a 1934 Evinrude Fisherman with the same bracket. The part number that is stamped on the underneath is close…..104xxx. Sadly I cannot send a picture because of the file size restrictions
