I have changed out the o-rings in mercury and OMC pressure connectors but not one for a wizard.

Before I attempt to press/tap/beat the innards out of the housing from the hose end, is there a better way? Or does anyone have pictures of the inside parts? I have never seen pics one apart nor have I seen wizard parts diagrams.

The port on the top is for fuel while the one on the bottom is for air. Both are spring loaded like mist connectors.

      Thanks for any help!

Thanks Richard. So the process is essentially like the OMC disassembly, correct?

I found that a little “heat” via a bottle torch helped
me disassemble my OMC fitting a lot easier.

I agree on the heat! I have broken one of the little brass nipples on an OMC connector. Heat helps loosen things up a bit.

Good tip! Maybe just hair dryer heat! No flame.
