What are the differences between a wizard WF7 and WG7? I know in the case of the merc KE7 and KG7 there were more reeds and the different prop shaft and driveshaft. Did wizard motors have these same tricks pulled?
I am building a mercury rat motor with spare parts but want to disguise it as a wizard motor. I’m currently using the KE7 tower and lower unit with a KG7 driveshaft under a merc 200 powerhead. I’d like to use the wizard 10hp tower to keep the wizard styling but need a shorter tower, which I’m hoping someone knows if the WF7 had a shorter tower.
