      I just picked up my first RBM, and have a couple of questions to start with.

      The reversing feature does not seem to operate.
      I know this is a common problem, but don’t really see how it is supposed to work.
      Is there a pin that locks it in FWD, and it is released to achieve Reverse?
      Does anyone have a copy of a parts list/diagram showing the FWD/REV parts?

      Is there a source for thumbscrews and cups for this motor?
