1979 Chrysler 6hp point setting

      Hello guys, I was able to get points for this motor and I know they are set at .20 gap. My question is was is the highest part of the cam? Is it where the woodruff key is? Or the small slash embossed close to it? Thanks

        Yes. One of the service manuals I have says exactly that….and the other simply states to turn the crankshaft until there is no further opening of the points.
