      Greetings..Does anyone know of the correct spark plug for a 46-47 Champion 2J (deluxe). I just picked this baby up, and, the cowl cover that fits over the spark plug doesn’t fit. Thanks

        My list shows it originally took a Champion 7 gapped at .030 with the points gapped at .018. The Champion 7 crosses over to a current D16 but I thought they were a regular length plug. Shorter lawn mower style plugs can be used if the threads are 14 mm but I’m not sure about the larger 18 mm threaded plugs.
