I have a broken fuel line under the carb. I need to pull the carb to get to it. The choke lever is plastic and am afraid I’ll break it trying to pry it off. Is that my solution, just pry on it?

Hold the arm on the inside in place, then push the choke knob in and turn 1/4 turn. It is spring loaded in a slot and will pop off. Helps to have three hands. Also, the starboard side carb mounting flange is milled out on the bottom below the bolt so you can turn it to clear the cowl to remove it.

Thanks rco, it did just pop off, just when I turned my head. I was lucky and found the spring in the grass! Now I
I just need to find some fittings that will work.
