I bought a Milburn Cub at out last Gopher Meet and would like to restore it for display. The decal on the brass plate on the gas tank is damaged. The motor is a 1949 year and looks like the decal shows it being made in Calif.
Any advise on where I can get a new decal?

That might be a tough one to find as I checked with americanoutboard.com and some other sources with no luck. If most of the original decal is still intact, a good sign shop should be able to reproduce it for you.

is it a decal? or the embossed plate? Can you forward or post a photo of the decal?
