      I guess there are some articles about using a new coil for Small elto/sea king singles. Mine is a 1 hp Sea King single 1hp. Or if anyone has a coil that would help.

      Ether way I’m in uncharted territory and could use some help.

          Nope. Not the same mag. Mine is an early Elto built motor. 1939-ish.

              That model shown is a 1946 or later model. If yours is an earlier model with the soft iron magnets in the flywheel, see Lykes2tinker’s Elto Cub Coil post . . . 😎
