Saw this ad in New Orleans. Anybody know about what year and model. He says its original but it seems to me the decals or not original or maybe its not possible to see in the pics. I don’t think they are as rare as he says. II would not pay that much for it. Just curious about your opiniohttps://gulfport.craigslist.org/b … 122.htmlns.

its in nice shape but one would have to see it in person to know if its really all orginal though.. but id say the not orginal plug wires would indicate well taken care of and or new coils.

Looks like an A-35 to me. Nice shape but not "one of a kind" by a long shot. I have 3 in my basement.

They seem to go out of there way to take bad pictures of the model number. . . 😕

The owner claimed that this A-35 decal was original.
I can say if it is or not but I find it more believable
than what’s on that motor. Still he could believe
that it is. Seem the cylinders have been painted also
and the spark plugs look to be later. Did they have a
rubber grip then or was it the wood covered in leather one?
Chance to learn about these cause I know there are
members here that are really knowledgeable in
                    these early Johnsons.

                    Bicycle in background looks interesting.

That is an older restoration for sure. The owner may not know that.

Yep the decals seem to bright to be original but yet I don’t have much knowledge about these motors.
