i picked up a nice lil 70′ 5hp sears yesterday. looks very good, runs well in barrel, pumps water, a lil stubborn when cold startin, but starts right up after getting warmed up.
i cant seem to find any diagrams online. sears parts direct doesn’t show this model number, 217-58610.
you guys know where i can look???, thx, rick

It is an Eska with a Tecumseh powerhead. Lots and lots of them made under several names. Try this- http://www.searspartsdirect.com/model-number/2 … 05320.html Sears still carries most of the common parts, the others can usually be found at one of the salvage yards of eBay pretty cheaply.

Just an FYI for you. Certified Parts Corporation bought out all of the ESKA parts years ago and they still have parts and service manuals available if needed. Take a look at the link below:

The company was located in Janesville, WI the last time that I contacted them, but that was many years ago. I hope this helps out.
