      Anyone know who made this. I believe I removed seals with it at one time. Thanks for any help!

        That particular tool #377067 is for seal (top crank seal) removal for 15 – 40 hp (pre 1962). Was provided by OMC for dealers. Long obsolete, but now provided for us by one of our members who makes them & others. Richard White. http://www.richardsoutboardtools.com
