      I found this tool/part with some other outboard parts I have. Anyone know what it is used for? I still have the wrapper/packaging and it indicates part number M60-557. I don’t find any info on Google searches for it. Note, the picture of the main "head" of the tool is not that good. There are actually 4 notches in it. The picture only shows 2 clearly.
