Great to hear it’s a runner! Let’s see a picture of it all together. What did you use for condensers, I’m going to need to replace them on my K-80 and I’m sure they are the same.

        I used Digi-Key capacitors,
        BC2609-ND, rated at .22uf.
I fitted them in the well where the
        original rectangular condensers were.
Now that I know it runs, I’ll look for
a decal for the gas tank.
It won’t be a "show piece", but at
least it should turns some heads
out on the lake next summer with
        the fisherman wondering what that
        "contraption" is, lol.
P.S.- I believe I have the correct tiller handle coming.

Tank looks pretty good especially when you consider
what you had to start with. When you get to take
the motor out those who see it may think your tank
isn’t much. If they only knew. Looks like you have
gotten the curve out of sides and back. Seem to be
pretty flat know. Dented tanks aren’t hard to find
so we will be looking forward to your attempt.

That tank turned out nicely considering how smashed up it was when you started. Nice work Bucc! Great to.hear it’s a runner. Looking forward to a video when decent weather returns.

              Tom,

I think you did great. Learned something new in the process which will likely help you(and others) later on with other motors.

              Well done.
