Success! I was able to remove this stuck flywheel with a two arm gear puller. Came off very easy. Inside the timer box looks relatively clean and with a brass bushing. Question, the timer  box is frozen in place and will not move from side to side. Does it just come straight up off of the crankshaft or is there something holding in place?. I can just fit the two arm gear puller underneath it. I don’t wanna break anything.

Success! I got the seized up flywheel to come off very easily with a two arm gear puller .I opened up the timer box and it looks pretty well clean in place. Question, the timer box itself does not move at all. I’m not sure if it’s rusted to the crankshaft or what I can just barely get The gear puller on there to pull it straight up, but I don’t wanna break anything if that’s not the right move right now. I’m just lubricating it at the crank a lot and waiting. What am I missing?

the timer comes straight up … do not force it.  Apply snake oil of your choice and a little heat.  I recall that there is a tensioning screw with a friction plug ,, look for that and loosen. You are not showing the “dog bone” shaped link that goes from the eccentric under side of the flywheel and the pin on the AK timer? do you have it? Some of these were die cast metal and did not survive.

You may not be able to get to the tensioning screw Joe mentions. Using a torch, or heat gun on the 1500 watt setting, put some heat at the arrow. This will expand the aluminum. At the same time try moving the timer back and forth to free it. Might need gloves.

A "Boathouse Repair" is one thats done without having tools or the skills to do it properly.
