David- If you can’t find a replacement, why not try to repair your original one. Drill a hole where the rivets or pins are and tap fine machine screw threads. Install pan head brass or stainless screws to hold the plate down. You can even use lock-tight or epoxy on the screw threads to make it a permanent bond.
