Writing to communicate is not easy to get both write and right. Instructions should tell the whole story so a first time user can achieve the promised and desired result.  Learning from mistakes…10 inserts in kit priced at $18 and change…three ruined inserts @ $1,80 each = $5.40  Next time you buy a product that has instructions, see how clear and concise  they are…never mind the hype on front of package or the legalese on back…Do the instructions really help you to use the product correctly to obtain the desired results?
