The carb is still spitting out gas and floods the engine when the pull start is pulled. I’m using a vented tank. What am I doing wrong?

could be bad reeds. or bad fuel pump diaphragm.

already replaced fuel pump diaphragm. Adjusted that level again but now not getting any gas. Also I can’t get the top cowling off because one of the n nuts keeps spinning with the bolt.

IT WORKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
but something wrong with throttle on carb

the fuel line thing that connects to the top of the carb was blocking the throttle.

Glad to hear! Go have some fun with this thing, these are great running motors, and perform well! Very powerful for 20 cid block. I sometimes have a hard time telling them apart from the 22 cid. motors as far as performance.
