Never seen wave washers under the paws. leave the allen bolt in . only need to remove it to replace the recoil spring. spray under the sheeve with W-D 40.
Dave is correct, I was thinking the later three pawl recoil assemblies. As for the allen bolt, as Dave said, only remove it if you want to take it all apart. I do this with all my restorations as the 70 year old grease has turned hard, and I want to wash it all out and put new grease in there.
