Your  motor appears identical to mine except my motor has fuel tank mounting bosses on the top of the cylinders. My motor has the front mounting bosses yours has but they are not drilled and tapped. I wonder if yours is a deluxe and perhaps mine a standard???      Brian

actually, after more study of your photos. I think my mag lever is likely correct. My mag plate has the short pin that would move the vertical rod for carb advancement. I can see evidence of something rubbing on it. I see you made new exhaust gaskets. Did you have to make some head gaskets too? Thank you again for the photos. They are great help.   Brian

It looks like I am missing 2 parts D2FF128 lever assembly and D2F114 control shaft. and perhaps what ever holds the lever assy on the shaft.   Brian

Brian, I wasn’t able to find any new head gaskets,
and didn’t want to try to make them, as
if I remember, they looked like a challenge,
and finding proper gasket material, and cutting
                  it can be a chore.

I had a froze up parts engine that had better
head gaskets. I’ll look to see if I have the needed
                  carb parts.

I am sure I could make those parts If I had some measurements and a profile tracing of the top arm
