I think I will try a Tecumseh coil and see what will , the price is right. csw
I got two new coils, but I’m still going to have to cut down the coil heels, does any body have a video that shows how to do this? Thanks. csw
when I get my coil heals filed down, what can I use to make sure they don’t slide off the heals? Thanks. csw
Epoxy should hold them in place. -Ben

Would red Loctite work? I have the Loctite at hand. Thanks. csw
I would use epoxy. Loctite is not very gap-filling. But bear in mind that both soften at higher temperatures, so look at the temperature specs on the epoxy.
A parts person recomended rtv silicone, would that work?
